Physical Therapist (PT) / Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA)

Job Overview

We are seeking dedicated and skilled Physical Therapists (PT) and Physical Therapist Assistants (PTA) to join our team. The ideal candidates will provide exceptional patient care and rehabilitation services to enhance the quality of life for individuals recovering from injuries or surgeries.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients' physical abilities and limitations.
Develop and implement personalized treatment plans to facilitate recovery.
Administer therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and modalities as indicated.
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans accordingly.
Educate patients and their families about treatment options and home exercise programs.
Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure a comprehensive approach to patient care.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care and progress.

Qualifications

Current and valid state license as a Physical Therapist or Physical Therapist Assistant.
Strong understanding of physical therapy principles and practices.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.
Commitment to professional development and staying current in the field.
