CNC Lathe & Mill Operator

Location: East Houston Area
Pay: Starting at $18.00/hr+ | Higher Pay Based on CNC Experience
Schedule: Monday–Thursday | 7:00 AM–6:00 PM
Overtime: Fridays and weekends as needed

LINK Staffing is hiring an experienced CNC Lathe & Mill Operator for a manufacturing facility in the East Houston area. This is a full-time machining position working with CNC lathes and mills in a production environment. Candidates with hands-on CNC machining experience are encouraged to apply.

What You'll Do

• Operate CNC lathes and CNC mills safely and efficiently
• Load materials and monitor machining operations
• Inspect finished parts during production runs
• Read and follow work instructions and machining specifications
• Support daily machine shop production requirements
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Follow safety procedures and quality standards

What We're Looking For

• Previous CNC lathe and/or CNC mill experience required
• Experience setting up and operating CNC equipment preferred
• Swiss-style CNC lathe experience is a plus
• Ability to inspect parts and maintain quality standards
• Ability to work overtime and weekends when required
• Comfortable working in a manufacturing environment
