Part Time Foothills Campus, Ellenboro, NC, US 5 days ago Requisition ID: 5790 Salary Range: $18.00 To $20.00 Hourly Foothills (Ellenboro) at Red Oak Recovery serves adult male clients in a residential treatment setting. Our program is located on a 94-acres designed to help promote growth, reflection, and healing for those experiencing the results of trauma. Our licensed clinical team and extensive range of therapies provide the support, and education clients need to put themselves back on the right path. We are seeking a Part Time Housekeeper for our Foothills campus to help provide clean, sanitary, comfortable, orderly and satisfying surroundings for the clients, employees, and public. The Housekeeper promotes sanitary conditions which prevent the spread of infection and odors. Responsibilities Ensuring the cleanliness of the facilities Operating various mechanized cleaning equipment, such as vacuums, polishers, buffers, etc. Maintaining facility in a sanitary and infection-free condition through washing, cleaning and replacement of equipment and furnishings Disposing of trash, waste, and other disposable materials Handling various cleaning solvents, chemicals, etc. and complying with all regulations such as OSHA, EPA, State Health Department, etc. Planning work schedule for major tasks Damp dusting furniture, light fixtures, windowsills, etc. Emptying trash containers Wet mopping floors in all residents' rooms and bathrooms Damp mopping all corridor floors, lobby, dining areas, etc. Cleaning basins, mirrors, commodes, tubs, and showers Cleaning all air vents Reporting any needed repairs immediately to supervisor (such as leaky faucets or toilets, loose tile, broken windowpanes, missing nuts or screws, beds needing repair, etc.) Washing windows as scheduled Following instructions on use of germicidal solutions to clean Using safety precautions in all housekeeping services Completing additional related cleaning duties as directed by supervisor Minimum Qualifications Minimum HS Diploma or equivalent Working knowledge of cleaning procedures, supplies, equipment Experience in commercial cleaning Ability to lift 20 pounds Employee Benefits Medical Insurance with Telemedicine options available to full-time employees after 30 days Vision & Dental insurance available to full-time employees after 30 days Voluntary Accident Coverage, Critical Illness Coverage and Hospital Indemnity Insurance options Employee provided Life Insurance and Voluntary Life Insurance options Employee Assistance Program provided to promote employee wellness and a variety of services Desirable PTO/SICK plan Company paid professional development and training Employee discounts through local retailers Red Oak Recovery complies with applicable state and local laws governing nondiscrimination in employment in every location in which the company has facilities. #J-18808-Ljbffr Bradford Health Services, LLC
