Your Key Responsibilities

• Employ advanced radiographic and CT methodologies to secure high-quality diagnostic images for physicians
• Work hand-in-hand with radiologists and the healthcare team to facilitate precise and timely diagnoses
• Skillfully position patients and fine-tune equipment settings for optimal imaging
• Implement strict radiation safety protocols to protect both patients and colleagues
• Keep accurate records including imaging logs and perform routine maintenance on equipment
• Deliver compassionate support to patients throughout the imaging experience
• Foster a safe, organized, and efficient imaging environment

Education Prerequisites

• Associates Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Graduation from a recognized radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography is essential
• Current BLS certification, or the ability to obtain within 90 days of hire

Preferred Skills

• Thorough familiarity with diagnostic imaging practices and safety standards
• Outstanding communication abilities for interaction with patients and team members
• Capacity to thrive in a dynamic environment and adapt swiftly to changing circumstances
• Strong attention to detail paired with a sense of responsibility
• Comfort with technology, especially PACS, RIS, and current imaging software
