Responsibilities Prepare a variety of deli items, including sandwiches, salads, and sides, following established recipes and standards. Maintain a clean and organized workstation, adhering to strict sanitation guidelines and food safety protocols. Be able to cook all types of foods such as meats, seafood, and vegetables. Use various cooking methods: frying, grilling, roasting, and sautéing. Operate and maintain kitchen equipment, including grills, ovens, and slicers, ensuring proper functionality and cleanliness. Provide exceptional customer service, addressing customer inquiries and special requests with a positive attitude. Assist with food preparation tasks, including chopping vegetables, preparing sauces, and portioning ingredients.
