Family Practice - Without OB Physician

We re seeking a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician for an outpatient role in Northern California (Santa Rosa area) serving an underserved community with a strong mission-driven focus.

This is a low-volume, well-supported environment where you can focus on quality care especially for adult and geriatric patients with chronic conditions, any state license can apply.

Position Highlights:

• $150/hour
• Monday Friday 8am 5pm
• patients per day
• Fully integrated clinic (medical, dental, behavioral health, pharmacy, specialty care)
• Epic EMR with full support staff (MA, RN, admin)
• Travel & housing fully covered
• Option to extend or transition to permanent
• ANY active state license

Clinical Focus:

• Adult & geriatric primary care
• Chronic disease management (diabetes, hypertension, complex conditions)

Requirements:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible (IM/FM)
• Any Active State license
• Passion for underserved and community-based care
