Sr. IT Program Manager

Overview The SeniorProgramManager must be an energetic, proactive, self-motivated, and innovative individual that candemonstratesuccessfulprogrammanagement skills. This individual will be a collaborative team player and have a strong drive to deliver high quality outcomes toprogramstakeholders. This roleis responsible forthe monitoring and control of any IT sized projectsand programs,contributeto the standardization of project/programmanagement procedures and processes. The SeniorProgramManager will have proven ability to handle multiple complexprojectsand have business and personnel management skills including the ability toestablishand manage priorities. Responsibilities Work closely with project teams to ensure thetimelycompletion of assigned project tasks Perform day to day project/programmanagement duties for any sized IT related projects Supervise current projects and coordinate all team members to keep workflow on track Regularly communicate project status to project stakeholders Participate in project initiation and project planning activities for a variety of projects, including the development and validation of business cases Develops project scope andfacilitatesrequirements gathering and documentation Evaluate potential problems and project risks, develops mitigation plans and alternate solutions Plan and manage team goals, projectschedulesandnew information Manage project-related information by ensuring all necessary materials are current, accessible, and organized Qualifications Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience Minimum 10 years ofdemonstratedsuccess in project management experiencerequired, much of this preferably in a medium to large IT organization Experience leading IT Infrastructure projects preferred Experience leading Cybersecurity projects preferred Experience managing program financial and business cases advancedproficiencywith MS Office applicationsrequired advancedproficiencywith project management software (MS Project) preferred Familiarity with PMP project management methodologiesrequired PMP certificationrequired Familiarity with operational frameworks such as ITIL Good Problem Solving and Decision-Making processes is a plus Ability to communicate openly and effectively both verbally and in writing Exceptional time management and organizational skills Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills Proven ability tomaintainattention to details under pressure Proven ability to meet deadlines Benefits & Perks – What’s In It For You* Hussmann is committed to supporting your total wellbeing through a wide variety of benefits and wellness programs to support your physical, emotional, financial, social, and environmental health.
