Travel Nurse Practitioner - South Jersey

Job Summary Marathon Health is seeking an experienced Travel (Float) Family Nurse Practitioner to deliver flexible, high‑quality care across multiple South and Central New Jersey locations and select sites in New York and New Jersey. Responsibilities Provide preventive, chronic, and acute care to patients in a variety of settings. Work a guaranteed schedule of 32 hours per week with the potential to work up to 40 hours. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and maintain continuity of care when covering for absent teammates. Travel to different clinic locations and adapt to various work environments. Qualifications Active nurse practitioner license and current ANCC or AANP board certification. Independent practice provider preferred where applicable per state regulation. Federal DEA number preferred; may be required for full prescribing ability. CPR/BLS certification at time of start date. Independent family practice experience, including routine wellness care, chronic disease management, and urgent visit care. Bilingual in Spanish preferred. Benefits & Compensation Pay range: $120,000–$135,000 per year for a schedule of 32 hours per week. Non‑production‑based compensation package.
