What You'll Do

• Diagnose and treat acute and chronic medical conditions for a diverse patient population, from infants to retirees
• Perform comprehensive physical examinations and develop individualized treatment plans
• Promote wellness and preventive healthcare strategies
• Coordinate referrals to specialists when needed
• Order and interpret diagnostic tests using EMR system (Elation)
• Supervise and mentor team members, including FNPs
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives

What You Need

Required:

• Valid medical license in New Mexico or eligible to obtain
• Experience in outpatient family medicine or internal medicine
• Strong diagnostic and patient management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred:

• Experience supervising nurse practitioners
• EMR proficiency in Elation
