Salary Range: $72,500- $90,000 Annually (DOE)

Setting: Outpatient Physical Therapy Clinic

Position Overview

We are seeking a Physical Therapist with a strong interest in Pediatrics to join an outpatient clinic in Sioux City, IA. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of Physical Therapy experience, with pediatric experience preferred but not required.

This position offers an opportunity to work in a supportive outpatient environment while developing and expanding pediatric clinical expertise.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized plans of care for pediatric and adult patients as applicable.

- Provide skilled physical therapy interventions based on each patient's developmental, functional, and medical needs.

- Treat pediatric patients with developmental, neurological, and orthopedic conditions.

- Incorporate play, movement, and age-appropriate activities into therapy sessions.

- Develop patient-centered treatment plans focused on functional improvement and meaningful goals.

- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation.

- Collaborate with therapists and other healthcare professionals to support positive patient outcomes.

- Build strong relationships with patients and families through compassionate, individualized care.

- Contribute to the continued growth and development of pediatric services within the outpatient practice.

Qualifications

- Licensed Physical Therapist.

- 2+ years of Physical Therapy experience preferred.

- Pediatric Physical Therapy experience preferred but not required.

- Strong interest in working with pediatric patients.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Strong clinical reasoning and problem-solving abilities.

- Ability to work effectively within a collaborative outpatient environment.

- Commitment to continued professional development and learning.

Pediatric Practice Development
