HR Specialist: Talent & Culture Partner

- Develop and implement effective HR strategies aligned with business goals and organisational growth.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
- Create a positive employee experience by supporting engagement, retention, and workplace initiatives.
- Maintain employee records, HR documentation, policies, and compliance requirements.
- Support performance management processes including reviews, feedback, and development plans.
- Coordinate employee onboarding, training programs, and professional development activities.
- Provide guidance to employees and management on HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Assist in resolving employee relations matters professionally and confidentially.
- Support payroll coordination and ensure accurate employee information management.
- Monitor employment legislation updates and ensure HR practices remain compliant.
- Develop strategies to improve employee satisfaction and organisational culture.
- Prepare HR reports, workforce analytics, and management insights.
- Collaborate with different departments to understand workforce requirements.
- Support talent management and succession planning initiatives.
- Promote diversity, inclusion, and a positive working environment.
