We are seeking an experienced Physical Therapist (PT) for a 13-week assignment in a Skilled Nursing Facility in Wilmington, MA . This position offers an opportunity to work with a diverse patient population while delivering meaningful rehabilitation outcomes.

- Active Massachusetts PT license
- Graduate of an accredited PT program
- Current BLS certification preferred
- SNF experience preferred
- Strong clinical and documentation skills
