As an LPN Medication Nurse, you provide licensed nursing support through safe medication administration, health monitoring, and accurate clinical documentation.What You'll Do:Administer medications and treatments per physician ordersFollow the Six Rights of Medication AdministrationDocument in MAR/TAR accurately and in real timeMonitor symptoms and administer medications as ordered for symptom reliefReport refusals or adverse reactions promptlyConduct Service & Health Updates (SHUs)Transcribe physician orders and support care plan updatesObserve and report physical, emotional, or cognitive changesMaintain medication carts, complete narcotic counts, and uphold compliance standardsYou play a critical role in preventing medication errors, identifying health changes early, and protecting resident safety through clinical precision and regulatory adherence.What We're Looking For:Active LPN license in good standingCPR and First Aid certificationStrong assessment and documentation skillsExperience in senior care or medication administration preferredLPN Medication Nurse | Licensed Practical Nurse | Medication Administration | Senior Living | MAR/TAR | Resident CarePay Range: 31.90 - 42.60Ready to take the next step and make a bigger impact than you ever imagined?
