As needed, you will also provide skilled nursing visits in patients' homes, including treatments, patient education, clinical documentation, and communication with physicians, RNs, and case managers to ensure continuity of care. This position works in a fast-paced office environment and requires excellent phone etiquette, the ability to appropriately triage patient concerns and clinical issues, and strong clinical assessment, critical thinking, and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering exceptional patient care and operational excellence.QualificationsActive Oklahoma LPN LicenseAssociate degree in a related health or financial fieldAt least 2 years of experience in medical records or healthcare billingProficiency in Word, Excel, and emailStrong organizational and communication skillsWe're looking for someone who communicates clearly, manages time well, solves problems effectively, and maintains a friendly, professional demeanor.
