Recruiting Ops & Talent Brand Lead (Onsite)

ID.me is seeking a Recruiting Operations Specialist to enhance our talent marketing and onboarding communications. You will execute the talent plan across our site and social channels, collaborating with recruiters and Marketing to share authentic employee stories and team highlights that reflect our culture.
You will manage onboarding communications in Enboarder end-to-end, present at new hire orientation, and use AI tools like ChatGPT/Claude to draft content with human review as needed.
