Senior Financial Analyst POST NUMBER: 472853

We are recruiting a Senior Financial Analyst for a fast growing organization in the RTP area.  This is a highly analytical FP&A role, designed to support enterprise-wide forecasting, reporting, and strategic decision-making.  This role works cross-functionally to deliver accurate forecasts, enhance the planning processes, and drive enhanced and expanded visibility into financial performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead recurring financial analysis and management reporting, delivering clear insights to support leadership decision-making
• Assess monthly, quarterly, and ad hoc results, identifying key variances and translating findings into business context
• Prepare regular reporting packages that highlight trends, performance drivers, and updated outlooks
• Enhance executive-level reporting and presentations to better communicate key metrics, business drivers, and scenario outcomes
• Support the annual and long-range planning process, including assumption setting, scenario analysis, and performance expectations
• Assist in developing materials for leadership, board-level discussions, and external stakeholders
• Improve reporting tools, processes, and systems to increase efficiency and strengthen analytical capabilities
• Develop and maintain integrated financial models to support planning, scenario analysis, and strategic evaluation

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 6 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or similar analytical roles
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field; MBA, CPA, or CFA is a plus
• Demonstrated experience building integrated financial models to support planning, analysis, and business decisions is required
• Advanced Excel skills and experience with planning or reporting tools
