Physical Therapist, Outpatient Rehab – UCHealth Parkview Medical Center, Pueblo, CO. Work Schedule: Full Time, 80 hours per pay period (2 weeks). Shift: Days. Pay: $41.43 - $62.15 per hour, dependent on relevant experience. Responsibilities Assess and Diagnose: Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients’ physical conditions. Develop and Implement Treatment Plans: Create individualized plans based on assessment findings and patient goals, utilizing a variety of therapeutic techniques. Educate and Instruct Patients: Provide education to patients and families to empower recovery and promote long‑term well‑being. Provide top‑of‑scope practice in direct patient care, perform imaging and radiologic procedures. Collaborate in multidisciplinary teams to achieve exceptional outcomes. Precept new trainees and support continuous learning in a fast‑paced clinical environment. Contribute to safety and quality at the point of care. Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Physical Therapy (required). Master’s or Doctorate in Physical Therapy (preferred). Colorado State licensure as a Physical Therapist. Basic Life Support (BLS) Healthcare Provider certification through American Heart Association or American Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer.
