About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President of Product Management for Quality to take on a pivotal leadership role within the Product organization. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall business accountability of innovating and driving financial outcomes for quality product solutions. This includes defining and implementing a multi-year product vision, strategy, and roadmap, with a strong focus on AI to deliver market-leading solutions that address complex healthcare challenges. The role involves leading a team of product leaders and managers, developing business cases, and ensuring the product vision is translated into a complete customer product experience. The VP will also be a key player in the transformation of the product team, setting standards for the use of AI tools, and engaging with customers and stakeholders to inform product decisions. Applicants must have a Bachelor's degree in a technical or scientific field, with a preference for a Master's or advanced degree, and at least 10 years of experience in product management or strategy. A proven track record in AI deployment, particularly in a regulated environment, and experience in the healthcare industry, especially in quality and risk, are essential. The role requires strong business acumen, fluency in SaaS metrics, and the ability to foster a positive team environment. The ideal candidate will have a high Do: Say ratio, be adept at managing multi-product portfolios, and have a deep understanding of product management tools and methodologies. Experience with EHR/EMR platforms and a background in an AI-first software factory model are also desired.
