SUMMARY

This role offers an opportunity to step into a senior-level accounting position with strong visibility across financial operations. The Senior Accountant will play a key role in managing financial processes, ensuring accuracy, and supporting compliance while working in a fast-paced environment with growth potential.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage and coordinate domestic and international vendor payments, including wire transactions
• Oversee expense tracking, payment processing, and financial record maintenance
• Prepare and post journal entries, perform account reconciliations, and analyze financial data
• Conduct credit card reconciliations and maintain organized accounting documentation
• Support internal and external audits by responding to data requests and ensuring accuracy
• Monitor compliance with accounting standards and internal policies
• Assist with tracking regulatory filings and maintaining proper records
• Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve discrepancies and improve processes

 

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• 5–7 years of progressive accounting experience
• Strong understanding of GAAP and core accounting principles
• Experience with international transactions and banking preferred
• Background in manufacturing or distribution environments highly valued
• CPA designation or progress toward certification is a plus
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
