As a Security Officer Patrol in Farmington, NM , you will serve and safeguard clients in a range of industries such as Aero/Defense, and more. Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer in a dynamic aerospace and defense location, where you will conduct routine patrols, maintain a visible presence to help to deter security-related incidents, and deliver outstanding customer service and communication. In this people-first role, you will support daily operations with agility, reliability, and innovation while working as part of a team that leads with integrity.

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities appropriate to an aerospace and defense location.
• Respond to incidents, unusual activity, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting concerns through site protocols.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout buildings, grounds, controlled areas, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized access and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor entry points, verify credentials and/or visitor access in accordance with site rules, and assist with screening procedures for employees, contractors, and visitors.
• Support access control, incident reporting, and communication with site contacts and/or first responders during alarms, disturbances, or other security-related events.

Minimum Requirements:

• A guard card and/or license is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
