We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a Manager to join our Assurance team. This position is a hybrid position. Hybrid team members alternate their time between working remotely, at the office, or at client locations. Meaningful Work Participates in client strategic planning including analysis, plan development, recommendations, and presentations. Facilitate client billings to ensure write-offs are appropriate. Manage project budgets throughout the engagements audits by suggesting procedural improvements, establishing project budgets, and utilizing reporting and analytics for profitability. Coordinate various phases of large engagements, including staff requirements, locations to be visited, and scheduling. Provide high-level technical expertise to team members by staying abreast of industry standards and conducting in-house continuing education seminars. Understand client satisfaction to ensure retention while also identifying opportunities to cross-sell additional services and establish new business through contacts, referrals, and projects. Ensures that all documentation required for Quality Control and Peer Review assignments. Coach & develop team members through performance management, real-time feedback, and addressing their educational needs. Participate in staff interviews while advocating for the firm's values and mission.
