Key Responsibilities

• Administer anesthesia services for outpatient endoscopy procedures in a state-of-the-art facility
• Conduct thorough pre-anesthetic assessments and patient evaluations
• Monitor patients throughout procedures and provide post-anesthesia recovery care
• Collaborate with gastroenterologists, physicians, and healthcare team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Maintain accurate anesthesia records and documentation in compliance with facility protocols
• Participate in quality assurance initiatives and continuous improvement programs
• Ensure adherence to safety standards and regulatory requirements

Required Qualifications

• Current Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetist (CRNA) certification
• Active and unrestricted Florida CRNA license (or ability to obtain)
• Master's degree or doctorate in Nurse Anesthesia from an accredited program
• Current BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications
• Must meet credentialing and privileging standards for Florida healthcare facilities
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in outpatient endoscopy or gastroenterology anesthesia
• Familiarity with MAC (Monitored Anesthesia Care) techniques
• Experience in ambulatory surgery center (ASC) settings
