Sr. Associate of Procurement

Position Associate level position supporting Procurement, Logistics, and Sales Operations in San Francisco, California. The role involves purchasing materials for residential business projects and managing all aspects of shipping and delivery to job sites. 10% domestic and international travel is required. Responsibilities Monitor shipment status and check invoices to request payment to vendors. Review Bill of Material with engineering teams for projects. Place purchase orders with vendors and monitor PO status to follow up on projects. Coordinate schedule with the fulfillment team and arrange project delivery to job sites to meet installation deadlines. Ensure goods are shipped in the most timely and efficient manner according to documented processes, including planning transportation routes, selecting mode of transport, and tracking the shipment from pick‑up through delivery while targeting cost reduction, freight savings, service and contractual requirements. Understand general shipping procedures and documentation. Continuously track and trace all inbound/outbound shipments, including daily organizing and saving commercial shipping documents onto the database. Update daily PO tracking spreadsheet, including PO, delivery, and invoice data. Provide efficient interaction between vendors and internal teams with a high level of customer service. Adhere to logistics processes and apply industry and organizational best practices. Perform other duties and special projects as assigned. Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree plus 1–3 years of experience in a related field. 1+ years of experience in procurement and/or supply chain/logistics. Possession of a valid passport and ability to travel overseas without difficulty. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Critical and strategic thinking skills. Ability to prioritize multiple simultaneous projects, issues, and activities. Strong interpersonal, implementation, and facilitation skills. Self‑motivated team player. Strong Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Company Overview Hanwha Q CELLS America Inc.
