Details for the position are as follows: Job Description Location: Tampa, FL (Hybrid – 3 days onsite) Duration: Contract through 12/31/2026 Rate: $ We are seeking an experienced Senior Sourcing Manager to lead strategic sourcing initiatives with a strong focus on IT and professional services categories. This role will drive sourcing strategy, supplier management, and cost optimization while partnering closely with cross‑functional stakeholders to support business objectives. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end Source-to-Contract (S2C) processes across IT and services categories Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives , including negotiation strategies and supplier selection Manage Statements of Work (SOWs) within Oracle Procurement and SAP Fieldglass Drive cost savings, cost avoidance, and value creation initiatives Oversee supplier management, contract lifecycle management, and vendor performance Analyze procurement data, industry trends, and emerging technologies to identify optimization opportunities Establish and maintain sourcing governance frameworks, templates, and best practices Partner with Legal, Finance, and business stakeholders to ensure compliance and alignment Lead procurement budgeting, reporting, and savings tracking Mentor team members and support a high-performing sourcing organization Build strong stakeholder relationships and support business growth and transformation initiatives Required Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Procurement, or related field 10–15 years of experience in sourcing/procurement Recent IT sourcing experience (MUST HAVE) Hands‑on experience with Oracle Procurement / Oracle iProcurement (REQUIRED) Strong experience managing multiple stakeholders and cross‑functional teams Excellent communication, negotiation, and analytical skills Preferred Qualifications Experience sourcing within Professional Services categories (HR, Legal, Consulting, etc.) Experience working with Vendor Management Systems (VMS) such as SAP Fieldglass Familiarity with eSourcing tools and procurement technologies CPSM (Certified Professional in Supply Management) or similar certification What We’re Looking For Strategic thinker with deep sourcing and procurement expertise Strong background in IT category management Proven ability to drive cost savings and operational efficiency Experience in enterprise procurement environments with complex stakeholder landscapes Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, hybrid environment By applying for this job, you agree to receive calls, AI-generated calls, text messages, or emails from and its affiliates, and contracted partners.
