Behavioral Technician

Job Title: Center-Based Registered Behavior Technician (RBT)Our Center-Based Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) work in our beautiful Lakewood, Colorado facility, supporting learners from 36 months to 21 years of age. We focus on individualized programming grounded in trauma-informed care and cultural sensitivity. RBTs provide 1:1 support to clients while being fully integrated into an interdisciplinary team that includes fellow RBTs, BCBAs, and RSPs—ensuring collaboration and ongoing support every step of the way.We offer a comprehensive, in-depth training program built around a three-tier learning model: observing, role-playing, and implementing, all with guidance from an experienced RBT trainer and/or BCBA.
