Required skills and experience: 3 years of experience in food preparation and kitchen maintenance. Experience in a high volume food service operation or restaurant. Experience operating large production or retail kitchen equipment. Basic understanding of food preparation, handling, recipes, batch cooking etc. Experience in executing a range of standard cooking techniques, including but not limited to braising, broiling, grilling, stir-frying, blanching, steaming, sautéing, frying, baking, proofing, and glazing. Ability to work overtime and a non standard schedules. Valid Driver's License
Nice to have skills and experience: Culinary school certificate or degree. Higher education dining experience. Leadership experience
