Dr. Doni Mallia, a highly respected solo practitioner, is seeking a dedicated hygienist to join her practice and provide top‑notch care to our valued patients. Requirements Licensed dental hygienist Clinical experience in general dentistry Experience with digital radiographs and EagleSoft Position Details Schedule: Mondays 9:00 AM–7:00 PM (1‑hour lunch) and Wednesdays 7:30 AM–5:30 PM (1‑hour lunch) Patient load: Typically 8 patients per day, allowing focused, high‑quality care Work‑Life Balance: Consistent, manageable schedule with no weekend hours Supportive Environment: Small, friendly team that values collaboration and patient‑centered care Impactful Role: Build lasting relationships and contribute to overall dental health Salary Details Pay: $45–$50 per hour. Salary is based on a combination of production and collections, with a bonus system in place.
