What You'll Do (Responsibilities) Perform high‑quality brake, steering, suspension, and advanced wheel alignment repairs. Diagnose and repair cooling‑system concerns, tune‑ups, belts, hoses, and fluid‑exchange services. Complete thorough scheduled maintenance and digital multipoint inspections to identify worn or unsafe components. Safely diagnose common mechanical and drivability concerns using scan tools and digital shop software. Document inspection findings accurately and communicate additional repair needs clearly to the service advisors. Perform thorough road tests and final quality checks, supporting General Service and developing technicians when needed. What We're Looking For (Requirements) Experience: Professional automotive repair experience at a proven B‑Level or equivalent skill level in a commercial shop. Capability: Ability to independently perform brakes, suspension, steering, alignments, and routine mechanical repairs from start to finish. Tools: Complete set of professional automotive hand tools and basic diagnostic equipment appropriate for the position. Schedule Flexibility: Mandatory availability to work a 5‑day schedule of 10‑hour shifts, including rotating Sundays. Credentials: Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record are required to safely road‑test customer vehicles.
