Restaurant Supervisor
The University of St. Thomas invites qualified candidates to apply for a Restaurant Supervisor position within Scooters in Dining Services.
Shift: Monday - Saturday 2:00pm-10:00pm

Salary Range: $23.00 to $26.00/hr
JOB SUMMARY
As a key member of the culinary management team, the Restaurant supervisor will support the Retail Chef (PC) by focusing on the customer experience for both FOH and BOH. This role is the person in charge of Scooter's and they are responsible for making immediate and critical decisions regarding staffing and food-related matters.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
- Oversee the production and preparation of all food in the Retail kitchen
- Set up and maintain the customer dining environment
- Other duties as assigned
