Qualifications & Required Experience:

• Active South Carolina RBT license is mandatory
• Certification as a Registered Behavior Technician
• Previous experience in a school or educational setting preferred
• Ability to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Flexibility and adaptability in a dynamic learning environment
• Adherence to all state and district-specific requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct, evidence-based behavioral support to students
• Collect and accurately track behavioral data as part of intervention plans
• Follow individualized education or behavior intervention plans under supervision of BCBA or designated supervisor
• Work closely with teachers, staff, and families to promote positive student outcomes
• Participate in team meetings and share insights for continuous improvement
• Maintain professional, ethical standards in all interactions
