Hospice Registered Nurse

Role: Hospice Registered Nurse (RN) Responsibilities: Provide patient care and documentation in compliance with reimbursement guidelines, coordinate physical care with patients, families, physicians, and the hospice team, communicate effectively at all levels, and participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and quality reviews. Qualifications & Skills: Current RN licensure, graduation from an approved nursing program, at least two years of clinical nursing experience, with one year preferred in hospice care. Knowledge of home health and hospice operations, nursing principles, and reimbursement guidelines. Must complete 12 hours of continuing education annually, hold CPR certification, and be willing to travel and work weekends, evenings, or holidays as needed.
