Job TitleWhat You'll Be Doing• Deliver top-notch service using Spare Time's Steps of Service• Mix, garnish, and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages to bar and dining room guests• Know the menu inside and out and make great recommendations• Share excitement about events, attractions, and specials• Run the bar efficiently while juggling multiple guests• Support the team by bussing tables, helping with food prep when needed, and keeping areas clean and stocked• Operate the POS system confidently and handle payments accurately• Complete opening and closing duties and required shift paperwork• Maintain clean equipment and work areas in line with health and safety standards• Monitor alcohol consumption and check IDs consistentlyWhat We're Looking For• Energetic, team-first individuals who enjoy a fast-moving environment• Strong multitaskers who stay calm under pressure• Passion for hospitality and exceeding guest expectations• Comfort working in a high-volume, entertainment-driven setting• Ability to follow recipes, pouring guidelines, and food safety standards• Required certifications or willingness to obtain themWhy You'll Love It Here• Fun, social atmosphere that is not your typical bar• Team-oriented culture where everyone pitches in• Variety in every shift including bowling, arcade, and events• Opportunity to grow with a company that values great service
