We are ready to shape a stronger future for our company and invest in your success.Job Summary The Advanced Operations Engineer leads new product introduction (NPI) and process development efforts to ensure products are successfully transitioned from concept to full-scale production. This role serves as the technical interface between customers, program management, and manufacturing to ensure quality, cost, and deliveryobjectivesare achieved.Responsibilities:SMT Process & Equipment OperationLead technical activities for new product introductions fromquotethrough production releaseConduct Design for Manufacturability (DFM)Develop manufacturing process flows, work instructions, and tooling requirementsSupport first builds, pilot runs, and production ramp-upOptimizeSMT, through-hole, box build, and test processesDrive yield improvement, scrap reduction, and process capabilitySupport root cause investigations and corrective actionsPartner cross-functionally with Quality, Supply Chain, Program Management, and ProductionInterface with customers on technical and manufacturing topicsPreferred Qualifications and Character Traits:Bachelor’s degree in Engineering(Electrical, Mechanical, Manufacturing, or related field)5+ years of experience in electronics manufacturingExperience supporting NPI in a contract manufacturing environmentKnowledge of IPC standards (IPC-A-610, J-STD-001)Strong analytical and problem-solving skillsExperience in regulated industries (Medical, Aerospace, Defense)Familiarity with ISO 9001 and/or ISO 13485Experience with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologiesKnowledge of ERP/MRP and MES systemsEEO StatementSafari Circuits, LLC. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.Native American & Veteran Hiring Preferences will be applied in accordance with Waséyabek Development Company policy.
