Mixing Machine Operator (Direct Hire)

What You'll Do

• Set up, operate, and break down commercial-scale production equipment
• Work across mixing, coating, slitting, converting, and packaging processes
• Monitor production to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance
• Perform roll changes, inspections, and equipment cleaning
• Accurately complete batch records and documentation (GDP standards)
• Follow cGMPs, SOPs, and safety guidelines at all times
• Maintain a cleanroom-ready, organized workspace

What You'll Learn

You'll gain hands-on experience with advanced manufacturing concepts like:

• Mixing & coating (viscosity, coat weight, emulsions, solids)
• Converting processes (web handling, tension, splicing, gear ratios)
• High-precision systems (vision systems, pick-and-place technology)

What We're Looking For

• 6+ months of experience in a GMP/regulated production environment
• Experience with mixing, coating, blending, or chemical handling
• Experience in pharma, medical device, or food manufacturing preferred
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and document accurately
• Strong attention to detail and quality mindset

Nice to Have

• Technical or Associate degree
• Experience with chemical compounding or batching
• Blueprint reading or advanced mechanical aptitude

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Saint Paul, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $32.00/hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
