What You'll Do
- Build relationships with members, realtors, builders, and community partners.
- Deliver personalized financial guidance and mortgage solutions.
- Grow your pipeline through referrals, networking, and business development activities.
- Serve as a trusted advisor throughout the mortgage process.
- Partner closely with branch teams and lending specialists to create a seamless member experience.
- Represent Summit in the community and reinforce our reputation as a lender of choice.
What We're Looking For
- Experienced mortgage lending professional with a proven track record of developing business and cultivating relationships.
- Strong knowledge of residential mortgage products and industry guidelines.
- Ability to provide consultative, needs-based financial guidance.
- Excellent communication, networking, and relationship-building skills.
- NMLS registration (or ability to obtain as required).
