Outpatient PRN Physical Therapist (PT) Opportunity

Growing Therapy Company Seeking an Energetic, Compassionate, and Driven PRN Physical Therapist (PT) to Join their Team!

This opportunity is perfect for a Physical Therapist who is passionate about helping patients restore function, reduce pain, improve mobility, and achieve their personal health goals in a dynamic SNF setting.

Position Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Provide evidence-based therapy services for orthopedic, post-surgical, sports medicine, and general rehabilitation patients
Focus on improving strength, mobility, flexibility, balance, and overall functional performance
Collaborate with physicians, therapy staff, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Educate patients and families on treatment plans, home exercise programs, and injury prevention
Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
Track patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed

Qualifications:

Active Physical Therapist (PT) license
Strong clinical, communication, and interpersonal skills
Positive, patient-focused attitude
Passion for delivering exceptional care and outcomes
