Qualifications Five (5) years of experience in Contract Management. Current PMP Certification. Familiarity with Navy Network systems design, development, test and evaluation, and training of systems. Overseeing both the technical and administrative aspects of Government contract performance. Oversight of timeliness and quality of contract service and data deliverables. Oversight of contract schedule and cost. Experience as a manager of a team of skilled professional, technical, and support personnel involved in Navy Network. Demonstrated ability to interface effectively with customers and to deliver quality products on time and within budget.
