As a T-Mobile Retail Assistant Store Manager, you will work together with the Store Manager to create a sales environment that provides exceptional customer service and a successful business. You will inspire and motivate your team by teaching and coaching them out on the sales floor. You will encourage success and learning opportunities within your team and analyze their performance. Responsibilities Assist the Store Manager in creating a sales environment with exceptional customer service and business results. Inspire and motivate the team by coaching on the sales floor and supporting ongoing development. Analyze team performance to identify opportunities for improvement and to achieve/exceed sales goals. Qualifications Management experience or equivalent. At least 1 year of experience in a retail or customer service setting. Ability to communicate with and take instructions from leadership staff. Basic computer skills (word processing, email, Google Sheets or Excel). Must be available to work evenings, weekends and holidays. Must be able to stand for long periods of time.
