RevampFIT is a wellness and therapy practice in Silver Spring, MD that integrates occupational therapy with strength, conditioning, and adaptive programming under one roof. We serve pediatrics (ASD, ADHD, IDD), teens, young adults, and adults with functional and orthopedic needs, and we're credentialed with CareFirst BCBS, DC Medicaid, DC DDS, and HSCSN. Our mission is to help clients reach their fullest physical potential through compassionate, evidence-based care. We're a small team with a supportive culture, flexible scheduling, and a commitment to empowering both our members and the clinicians who work with them.

Duties:

• Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' physical, emotional, and cognitive abilities
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on assessment results
• Provide therapeutic interventions to improve patients' functional abilities
• Monitor and document patients' progress during therapy sessions
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care
• Educate patients and their families on therapeutic techniques and strategies
• Provide case management services to ensure continuity of care
• Stay updated on the latest research and advancements in occupational therapy

Requirements

• Active Maryland OT license (required)
• Degree from an accredited OT program
• 1+ year of OT experience preferred; new grads welcome to apply
