Your Essential Duties

• Utilize sophisticated radiographic and CT techniques to produce high-quality diagnostic images for physician review
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and additional healthcare team members to ensure accurate and timely diagnoses
• Position patients thoughtfully and calibrate imaging equipment for optimum results
• Adhere strictly to radiation safety protocols to protect patients and healthcare personnel
• Maintain accurate medical records, including imaging logs and routine equipment checks
• Create a nurturing environment that prioritizes compassionate patient care throughout the imaging experience
• Enhance an organized and efficient imaging suite where safety and professionalism reign

Education Requirements

• Completion of an Associate's Degree in Radiologic Technology is required; a Bachelor's Degree is preferred
• Successful graduation from an accredited radiology program

Certifications Needed

• ARRT certification in CT and/or Radiography
• Current BLS certification or the ability to procure it within 90 days of employment

• Deep understanding of diagnostic imaging procedures and safety standards
