Senior Full Stack Engineer - DTS

Salary: $125,000 - 155,000 per year Requirements:
- Proven experience building modern React applications with TypeScript, including advanced state management tools such as Redux, plus performance tuning and debugging
- Experience designing and delivering microservices that support frontend applications
- Familiarity with contemporary CI/CD approaches for deploying APIs and services into live environments, with strong release discipline
- Solid grasp of testing practices and tools, and how they are applied throughout the software development lifecycle
- Experience with automated testing pipelines using tools such as GitHub Actions or Jenkins
- Ability to optimise SQL queries to meet performance targets
- Demonstrated track record as a self-starter who contributes effectively within a team and acts as a subject matter expert
- Strong communication focus, with an emphasis on delivery over heavy process and manual documentation
- Autonomous, curious technologist with a commitment to continuous learning and innovation
- Experience coaching and mentoring others in technical areas
- Develop, maintain, and enhance our US Sports platform
- Help build our team and trading platform as we expand in the US sports gambling market
- Contribute to scalable N-tier distributed systems that handle large volumes of data during peak sporting events
- Support resilience and stability across our platform to ensure an excellent customer experience
- Coach and onboard junior engineers, providing mentorship to support their integration and growth
- Work with technical and non-technical stakeholders to help deliver our architectural vision
- Understand our existing systems and partner with the architecture team to design integration and improvement solutions
- Set a strong example for technical excellence and effective engineering practices
- Provide technical guidance to help our team members develop professionally
- Solve complex problems independently and collaboratively
- Advocate for changes that improve developer experience and product quality
- Embrace innovative technologies, including our in-house AI tools
