Internship Overview

The Engineer Intern will support active construction projects while learning core field engineering responsibilities under the guidance of experienced Construction Managers and engineers. This internship offers structured, hands-on exposure to jobsite operations, safety, quality control, and project documentation, with increasing responsibility throughout the summer.

What You'll Do

• Assist with engineering tasks and jobsite inspections
• Learn to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications
• Support site logistics, material tracking, and subcontractor coordination
• Participate in safety inspections, JHAs, and quality control activities
• Observe concrete work, crane operations, and wall panel installation
• Help prepare daily reports, as-built documentation, and issue logs

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field
• Strong interest in construction and field operations
• Willingness to work outdoors on active job sites
• Strong communication, organization, and attention to detail
• Commitment to safety and teamwork
