Business Analyst - Onsite

Can interface between business and technical teams
Experience with Product Analysis, Business Analysis
Understands the end-to-end software development life cycle (SDLC)
Experience in:
- Requirement gathering
- Process/data flow design
- Technical spec design (Webservices/API)
- Business analysis
- Translating business requirements to technical requirements
- Defining project objectives
- Feasibility analysis
- Supporting development, systems integration testing, and user acceptance testing
- Creating and documenting UAT strategies, plans, and test cases/scripts
Knowledge of manual and automation testing
Excellent communication and analytical skills
Experience in mortgage industry
Writes user stories based on business-driven functionality and technical capabilities
Provides support to Product Owner and IT team in product-related decisions
Supports team in development process, defining technical requirements based on product/business knowledge
Partners with Team Development Lead to create project/process specifications
Understands and utilizes Modern Delivery practices proactively
Identifies and applies opportunities to improve teams
Adopts Modern Delivery ways of working
