The Retail Front End Team Leader provides leadership for the successful operation of the entire front-end of store. Ollie's Retail Front End Team Leader helps lead a retail sales team that's passionate about selling merchandise and ensures a good customer experience. Responsibilities include associate development, customer service, asset protection, and store maintenance.

Primary Responsibilities include overseeing front-end, entrance, and exterior standards, managing payroll budgets, expenses, store banking, shrink reduction, leading safety meetings, assisting with hiring and development, supporting merchandising execution, and performing all team leader functions to open and close the store.

Qualifications include a high school diploma or equivalent, minimum of 1–2 years of supervisory experience with a mid- to large-size retailer, schedule flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays, and a positive attitude and team player who interacts well with customers and associates.

Physical Requirements include the ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds, push and pull up to 35 pounds, stand for extended periods, and work in a constant state of alertness and safe manner.
