Key Qualifications:

• Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) credential with Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC)
• Prior experience supporting K-12th grade students in a school setting is preferred
• Strong knowledge of the evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment of speech and language disorders
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment for all students

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and accurately diagnose students with speech and language impairments
• Develop tailored treatment plans to address each student’s unique needs
• Provide direct, evidence-based speech-language therapy in both individual and small-group formats
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and other service providers
• Monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to promote optimal outcomes
• Maintain detailed records and contribute to IEP meetings and school-based teams as appropriate
