Position: Director of Canvassing and Field Marketing
We are hiring an experienced canvassing leader to lead and grow our door-to-door team. This is a high-earning leadership role offering base salary, commission, and overrides .
Required Experience:
- Proven canvassing leadership experience in Home Improvement or related industry
- Strong coaching and team management skills
Responsibilities:
- Interview, hire, train, and manage a team of door-to-door canvassers.
- Conduct regular meetings and coaching
- Develop and implement canvassing strategies
- Plan neighborhood mappings and route strategies
Compensation:
- Competitive Pay
- Commission
- Team Overrides
- Earning $150K-$250K
