Our Bartenders anticipate guest needs, work with teammates to ensure all guests are cared for, and exhibit genuine enthusiasm in all that they do./ph3Key Responsibilities:/h3ulliInspire memorable experiences by providing top-notch service and remaining attentive to guest needs./liliInteract with guests to ensure the best guest experience and effectively upsell offerings./liliPrepare and serve menu items while exhibiting genuine enthusiasm, energy, and urgency./liliProcess food and beverage orders and payments accurately and timely./liliUphold operational procedures, food and alcohol safety, and quality standards to ensure guest satisfaction and maintain compliance./liliConduct opening/closing duties, cash handling, and deposits./liliMaintain a stocked, clean, and tidy bar area./liliOther duties as assigned/liliDemonstrate core values: teamwork, service, inspiring fun, and excellence./li/ulh3Key Requirements:/h3ulliMust be of legal age to bartend according to state regulations./liliA minimum of 6 months of cash handling, serving, and bartending experience is preferred./liliLift up to 20 lbs regularly; up to 50 lbs occasionally/liliFriendly, outgoing personality and a get-it-done attitude./liliExcellent communication skills./liliAbility to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment./liliSuccessful completion of food handling and alcohol certifications required by local and state governments./li/ul/div
