Certified Nurse Aide Home Health Aide (Full-time)

As a Certified Nurse Aide Home Health Aide (Full-time) , you will be an integral member of our team, dedicated to delivering high-quality care to our clients.

Responsibilities:

Provide personal care services to clients, including assistance with daily living activities, mobility, and incontinence care
Monitor and report changes in patients' conditions to the supervising RN or LPN
Maintain accurate and detailed records of client care and services provided
Collaborate with healthcare team members to develop and implement individualized care plans
Ensure a safe and comfortable environment for clients, promoting independence and dignity
Perform various light housekeeping duties, as needed

Requirements:

Current certification as a Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) in the state of Louisiana
High school diploma or equivalent required
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
