Qualifications:
- CPI Training preferred and required within one (1) year of hire date
- Experience with EI and CI Students Preferred
- Must meet MDE Highly Qualified status for Paraprofessionals
- Be self-directed
- Must be able to be an effective team member
- Excellent record of attendance
Education & Training
- Associate's Degree and/or passing the ETS ParaPro Assessment
