AC Technician

Work is preformed indoors and outdoors, with exposure to all weather elements. Work may be performed in areas with elevated temperature, such as attics. Work involves continual use of industry equipment, materials, and products. Work involves the need to be on high surfaces, such as, roofs and buildings. Work involves daily travel. Work environment may include machinery, loud noises, slippery surfaces, and exposure to water and grease. This positions requires the ability to work full-time: five to seven days per week with flexible hours. Work Schedule Work is preformed indoors and outdoors, with exposure to all weather elements. Position Responsibilities Complete all scheduled daily services efficiently Diagnose + repair all mechanical problems at residential and commercial service calls Complete new installs with craftsmanship in a timely manner Expand customer base + volume through customer upgrades and addition of new customers Develop rapport and communications with customers Be able to read instructions/labels of HVAC units used and be able to install or repair them in preparation for customers use. Load vehicle daily with necessary equipment, and fuel for completion of daily schedule needs. Safely drive vehicle to residential and commercial customers and perform air conditioning services as required. Service customers in a professional and timely manner. Call all customers ahead when on the way. Communicate all instructions, expectations, and service details on invoices. Invoices must be completed accurately, professionally, detailed, and completed in accordance with the companys expected guidelines at the job site. Customer signatures need to be obtained. Request paymentat time of service. Provide proper and detailed training to helper so they may grow professionally. Provide proper clean up after service. Respond to all customer calls within 2 hours when requested by owner. Accurately complete a daily Appointment List/Time Record. Attend all mandatory team meetings. Increase customer accounts through upgrades and new sales, such as comfort agreements. Maintain appearance and mechanical condition of company vehicle and tools. Present a well-groomed, consistent, and professional personal appearance in accordance with employee handbook standards. #J-18808-Ljbffr Hulett Environmental Services
